On Friday, May 4, 2018, Christine (Chris, CJ, Noodles) Johnson, mother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away at the age of 66 years. Chris lived in Nederland and Gilpin County in the early 1970’s and spoke of her time here fondly. She brought light and happiness everywhere she went.

The Clerk’s office is so very important because the Clerk and Recorder has a connection to just about every person in the county.
