Mrs. Debra “Debbie” Renee Barngrover, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away unexpectedly in her home at the age of 48 on March 26th, 2018 of congestive heart failure.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her husband Terry Barngrover; children Michael, Amanda, and Danny Barngrover; and grandchildren Cash Barngrover, Jackson Vlasich, Ayva, Rebaca, and Daniel Barngrover. (more…)

A New Documentary including Georgetown

We’ve traveled across the United States visiting ghost town after ghost town in an effort to visually preserve their histories and legends. Each town had its own tales of ghosts, spirits and hauntings that we’ve put together in our new feature film “Ghosts in Ghost Towns: Haunting the Wild West.” Georgetown is featured in the film as we visited several locations like the Hamill House and conducted an investigation at the Hotel De Paris. On March 14, 2018, Edward Roy Lewandowski laid his single jack to rest on earth to search for the riches in heaven.He always looked forward to joining his wife Elaine, who pre-deceased him. Left behind, but not without the memories of both their parents, are EJ, Gary & Karen, their spouses, and his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Baskets full of Easter joy and fun for every girl and boys

All bunny trails led to the Gilpin Community Center (GCC) last Saturday, March 24, for its annual Easter eggstravaganza. A crowd of kids from birth to age 12 and their parents celebrated the start of spring break with indoor egg hunts, games, and prizes. It was hard to tell who was having more fun – the children or the grinning moms, dads, and grandparents who were watching and photographing those special moments. “Happy Easter” greetings filled the air. A Colorado Pioneer

Born in Licking County, Ohio on November 23, 1838, David S. Green was the son of Congressman Isaac Green and his wife Elizabeth (Brown) Green. In 1848 the family moved to Crawford County, Illinois; then in 1850 they moved on to California where David’s father died four weeks after their arrival. (more…)
