PRESS RELEASE – Gilpin County Senior Living announced that Sandy Hollingsworth, Social Worker in Gerontology, joined the Board of Directors in March. Sandy brings her experience in senior housing and community resources expertise to the Board. She has more than 30 years of public service most recently with the City of Boulder Housing and Human Services and City Housing Authority for a combined 25 years. The mercury hung at 30 degrees as early morning sunshine cascaded through Gregory Gulch embracing leaves of yellow, orange and red, on Friday, September 27. A handful of early morning travelers squinted into the sun during their descent making it difficult to discern the bundled beings striking a pose gazing carefully into the distance with brushesin hand.
