PRESS RELEASE – Sandy Hollingsworth announces her candidacy for Gilpin County Commissioner District 3. Sandy has lived in Colorado for 37 years, 22 of them in Gilpin County with her husband Larry. She grew up in a family active in public service and earned a Social Work degree from University of Iowa. Machine gaming can officially return to Black Hawk on June 17th following a variance submitted by Gilpin County and approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
