November 21, 1956 – February 18, 2020
Mindy Wales was born in New York City and grew up in Queens, New York. At the age of 19 she moved to Colorado and became a long-time resident of Gilpin County. She owned and operated an old time photo studio called “Mr. Yellow Bellows” in Central City forabout 10 years. She was a loving mother of two sons, Cody and Wyatt. During the last five years of her life, Mindy had a long fight with Metastatic Lung Cancer. The memorial service will be held on Sunday March 1st, at 2 pm at The Caribou Room, (more…)
